Roles and Responsibilities at Protowell Nursing Service LLP
For Nursing Staff (Male/Female):
Provide compassionate patient care at home or in hospital settings.
Administer medications, injections, wound dressing, and basic nursing procedures.
Monitor vital signs and report patient conditions to doctors and family members.
Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and other daily activities.
Manage care plans for patients with chronic diseases, post-surgical needs, or elderly care.
Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards are met.
Coordinate with physiotherapists, doctors, and caregivers for comprehensive care.
For Caretakers/Attendants:
Support patients in daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
Provide companionship and emotional support, especially for elderly patients.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients at home.
Follow basic first-aid procedures and report emergencies promptly.
Assist with patientβs mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers) and positioning.Β
General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Staff):

Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations.
Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Attend regular training and upskilling sessions provided by the company.
Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to the supervisor or management.
Deliver services with a high standard of professionalism and compassion.
